Worms Offense Dries Up Against Keuchel

In his first game back since allowing 15 runs to the Jerk Fuzzballs, Dallas Keuchel allowed only 1 run on 3 hits over 7 solid frames against the dangerous and powerful Dry Worms lineup. The only run the Worms could muster was a solo chipshot by second baseman Ozzie Albies that barely cleared the fence in the 3rd inning.

“I just felt really good out there tonight, my arm was loose and I was locating my fastball. Garv called a great game and framed a few that weren’t anywhere near the zone that got called” said an elated Keuchel after the game. “Hats off to the Worms, they played a really tight game” added Keuchel, “I guess I was just a bit too much for them tonight, and knowing that AJ was there to back me up helped me relax out there.” Ramos pitched two shutout innings to follow Keuchel’s strong start.

The Garveys face the Jerk Fuzzballs next and are hoping to ride this momentum into a win for that game.
